Auction Description

The multi-parcel auction will take place at the Save our Nations Conference and Retreat Center located 4.5 miles southwest of Atlanta, TX on Hwy 59 on Saturday, March 29th in the conference center dining room hall.
The doors will open at 8:00 AM and a practice auction will be held at 9:00 AM for those that would like to learn about the multi-parcel auction process.

At 10:00 AM, the LIVE AUCTION will begin.

Refreshments, breakfast and lunch selections will be available for your convenience.

Parcel 5: This parcel consists of mineral interests only. Approximately 43.5455± net mineral acres are currently held by the seller(s) and consist of the entire mineral estate attributable to all the parcels in total. No mineral interest will be conveyed with the sale of any parcel other than this parcel. Research of current oil and gas leasing activity in Cass County indicates that lease bonus rates are running $150.00 – $200.00 per acre with 1/5 to 1/6 royalty.
