Mr. Terrel is a 4th generation farmer that has been self-employed since the age of fifteen, when he started his own custom harvest business with his older brother (Shawn). In addition to his land & mineral operations he continues to operate the family farm with his wife, Julie and their two children Mitchell and Shayla. The Terrel family resides in Alva Oklahoma.

Mr. Terrel is an professional instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University, in Bloomington, Indiana. He holds the prestigious Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation and has been awarded the Master Auctioneer designation by United Country Real Estate. Mr. Terrel is a past Director of the board for the National Auctioneers Association and past President/Chairman of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association, and was inducted into the Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2020. During his almost thirty year career, Mr. Terrel has won multiple champion auctioneer titles and holds professional licenses in a variety of states across the country. Mr. George obtained his real estate license in 2000 and founded the Rocking X Land Company Ltd., in 2005. As an active rural farm and ranch broker, Virgil is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute (RLI), and he has achieved the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). Prior to entering the real estate profession, he was directly involved in the agriculture sector through grain and beef production working on his families farming operation. He also has a strong background in heavy equipment sales.
